MATERIALS

For the food industry,
enzyme biosynthesis
and industrial applications

Scope of application

For the food industry according to GOST 32770-2014 «Food emulsifiers»
  • E460 (ii) is obtained by grinding highly purified wood pulp containing (C6 H10 O5)n at least 92.0%, which is a white loose powder;
  • E460 (i) is obtained by acid hydrolysis of highly purified wood pulp from oligosaccharides and glucose, followed by neutralization, drying and grinding to a colloidal state containing (C6 H10 O5)n at least 97.0%, which is a white or light yellow fine crystalline powder.
Cellulose powder for enzyme biosynthesis

It is obtained by acid hydrolysis of technical cellulose fibers (waste of unbleached and bleached cellulose sorting; commercial unbleached and bleached cellulose), representing a dispersed powder of light brown, yellow or white color.

Cellulose powder for dry building mixes

It is obtained by grinding the fibers of waste of unbleached and bleached pulp sorting, wood pulp (chemi-thermomechanical pulp), waste paper (newspaper, office).

Cellulose powder for the paper industry

It is obtained by acid hydrolysis of technical cellulose fibers (bleached cellulose, refined cellulose), representing a dispersed powder of light gray or white color

The equipment of the pilot plant, laboratory equipment, and highly qualified personnel make it possible to master the production of various types of powdered pulp in a short time.

Our production capabilities

30 t/month

Currently, the company’s production facilities allow for the production of up to 30 tons of cellulose powdered materials per month

×3

If necessary, production can be quickly increased
by 2-3 times

Import substitution

Previously, powdered cellulose with such characteristics could only be imported from other countries

Description

Powdered and microcrystalline cellulose is intended for enzyme biosynthesis.

Laboratory studies of PC and MCC images have shown that they are a good source of glucose, xylose and, under the conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis set by the consumer, can provide a glucose content of 85% and xylose 8-10%.

Microbiological and toxicological characteristics meet the requirements for food products.
